Our Medical Explorer program is a fully certified training center for advanced first-aid courses among many others. You are encouraged to complete the Wilderness First-Aid class that essentially is an advanced first-aid course. It will be a minimum of 16 hours and will prepare you in first-aid skills beyond the certification class you will have already completed.
Anyone serving on a Medical Explorer CERT crew for football games is strongly encouraged to complete our Radio Techniques class. You will be working along side professional first responders and using radios to communicate with these professional police and EMS providers. To avoid sounding like an amateur, complete this class before you carry a radio during a football game.
